Australia

Ready-to-wear

We offer 14-day complimentary returns and exchanges for all full-price ready-to-wear orders purchased online. Items must be in original condition, include original packaging and proof of purchase.

Returns can be requested through your customer account or by contacting house@eupheme.co.

For exchanges, please add your preferred size or colour in the notes field, or contact house@eupheme.co.

Made-to-order / Made-to-measure

As each piece is crafted exclusively for you, all-made-to-order and made-to-measure orders are final sale and not eligible for return. 

New Zealand

We offer 14-day complimentary refunds and returns on all full-price New Zealand orders purchased online. Items must be in original condition, include original packaging and proof of purchase. Customs and duties charges are non-refundable. 

Refunds

Once your refund is processed the original payment method will be refunded in full for the value of the item(s) returned excluding shipping costs associated with the order.

Depending on your payment method, refunds can take up to 5 business days to appear in your account.
