Crafted from a Superfine Merino Wool Flannel and grown in New South Wales and woven by centuries-old Italian weaver, Vitale Barberis Canonico (100% traceable, RWS certified) this single breasted blazer is constructed in half canvas and lined with Bemberg cupro, featuring two internal breast pockets and fabric covered shank buttons. Complete the suit with the matching Italian Wool Flannel Tailored Pant. 

Available in Midnight Navy Wool Twill, Gingham Grey Wool Flannel, and Notte Cotton Velvet.

Grown in New South Wales, Australian superfine Merino wool growers are all RWS-certified (Responsible Wool Standard), ensuring the strictest standards of animal and environmental welfare are maintained. Superfine Merino wool is supple, lustrous, resilient, yarn created for garments to be passed down in families for generations to come. 

Weaving

Our Australian grown Merino wool yarn is woven by Vitale Barberis Canonico (VBC), founded in 1663, owned by the 15th generation of the same family. Located in Biella, in the Italian Alps, VBC’s fabric is renowned worldwide for its quality and traceability.  VBC’s practices focus on revitalisation of the natural environment and strict adherence to sustainable water usage policies.

This style runs small, if in between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
